After thoroughly evaluating the company's social media page content, design, and copywriting and comparing the content of their top competitors, we began by developing a new content strategy to establish content objectives, an updated social media brand and strategy guide, and implementing a social content calendar to ensure consistent content. This also involved researching relevant hashtags to expand the content's reach.
